活動說明：

1.集章闖關解鎖換好禮 (請至圖書館1F流通/參考櫃台索取闖關卡)

手持闖關卡選擇任一關卡開始闖關吧！

完成各關卡的指定任務，並蓋印章到對應的圖框內，即破解該關卡。

2上網填寫問卷

任選5枚關卡章並填寫問卷後，可至圖書館1樓參考櫃台，玩1次轉轉樂抽小獎品，並且可獲得抽大獎機會喔！

Merck Index是英國皇家化學會(Royal Society of Chemistry, RSC)所出版之綜合性百科全書，是化學與藥物開發領域重要的資料來源之一。Merck Index Online為其發行之線上版本全文資料庫，此課程主要是讓使用者熟悉Merck Index介面，並熟悉如何透過國網中心存取Merck Index Online。

【Search Methods】

1. Basic Search: type a keyword, such as book title, author, journal title, ISBN, ISSN, etc. This allows you to find a wider range of search results at once.

2. Advanced Search: type more keywords for precise search results.

3. Refine Search:

lData Type: You can narrow the search results to specific data types, such as books, journals, journal articles, videos, audio recordings, dissertations, etc.

lProximity Search: Limit the order and distance between words.

      For example, using the search term "social science":

lAnywhere in the record: You can limit the search by choosing title, author, subject, call number, ISBN, ISSN, etc.

4.Adjusting Search Results: If there are too many results in your search, please use the "Adjust Search Results" feature to narrow your search. You can use the "Refine" and "Exclude" functions and click on "Apply Filters" to adjust the results according to your settings.

The password is the same as the single sign on website. The default password is "last 4 digits of your ID number + 4 digits of your birth month and day" (8-digit password).
B. For students and faculty (enrolled after August 2021):
The password is the same as the single sign on website. The default password is "first letter of your ID number (capitalized) + first letter of your ID number (lowercase) + last 4 digits of your ID number + 4 digits of your birth month and day" (10-digit password).
C. For non-university readers, alumni, and students from other universities:
The default password for your library card is "last 4 digits of your ID number" (for library use only).

【檢索方式】

1. 基本檢索：輸入單一關鍵字，可以輸入書名、作者、期刊名、ISBN、ISSN等，可以一次查到較多的檢索結果。
2. 進階檢索：輸入多個關鍵字，可以透過各資料類型與主題的結合查詢，獲得更精確的檢索結果。
3. 限縮查詢：

   資料類型：可將檢索條件限定在以下的資料類型—圖書、期刊、期刊文章、錄影資料、錄音資料、學位論文等。

   字詞相鄰：限制字詞出現順序及其間隔方法

         以「social science」檢索詞為例：

         字詞不相鄰→查詢結果「social science」二字不一定相鄰

         字詞相鄰→查詢結果「social science」二字相連不分開

         開頭以→查詢結果為「social science」開頭的資料

   紀錄中的任何地方：可限定檢索條件出現在—題名、作者、主題、索書號、ISBN、ISSN等。

4. 調整檢索結果：如果查詢結果過多，請使用「調整檢索結果」做縮小查詢，可使用「限縮」及「排除」功能，並點選「套用篩選器」，依您的設定調整結果。

• 認證機制

  ﹢帳號請輸入學生證（10碼）、服務證或圖書館借書證的條碼號，密碼與「興大入口」相同。

  ﹢帳號密碼說明

  ﹢非本校讀者請於館內使用電子資源。

• 若校外連線使用電子資源認證異常，建議可改採 sslvpn連線方式進行校外連線遠端認證。設定方法詳見【計中sslvpn連線方式說明】。
