		興大各系所2012年核心期刊影響指數Top 3	[期刊組‧張義輝 / 蕭麗瓊]

　　本校圖書館每年依據各學院系所提出之需求，花費新臺幣數千萬元訂購西文核心期刊，提供本校師生研究教學之用，今年(2012年)亦以新臺幣5,800多萬元訂購1,000多種西文核心期刊及期刊全文資料庫，值得師生及研究人員瞭解並多加利用。

　　在101學年度新學期的開始，圖書館根據期刊引用報告(Journal Citation Report，JCR)資料庫最新公布的2011年期刊影響指數(Impact Factor，IF)報告，從2012年訂購的1,000多種西文核心期刊之中，針對各系所挑選出150種影響指數IF值較高的期刊，提供各系所師生、尤其是研究所新生參考，詳見下表。

　　其中，影響指數IF值最高的期刊，是生命科學院生物醫學研究所訂購的核心期刊《Nature Reviews Genetics》，2011年的IF值為52.761，在JCR資料庫科學版(Science Edition)的免疫學類別139種期刊之中排名第1；其次為理學院物理系的《Review of Modern Physics》IF值43.933，在物理學類別84種期刊之中排名第1；其他科學領域相關學院，所訂購IF值最高的核心期刊分別為：農資學院生物科技學所《Nature Genetics》IF值35.532、工學院材料系《Progress in Materials Science》IF值18.216、獸醫學院《Trends in Immunology》IF值10.403。

　　在JCR資料庫社會科學版(Social Sciences Edition) 中，IF值最高的本校核心期刊，為農資學院應用經濟系《Quarterly Journal of Economics》IF值5.920，在經濟學類別320種期刊之中排名第2；其次為管理學院行銷系《Journal of Marketing》 IF值5.472，在商業類別113種期刊之中排名第3。而法政學院IF值最高者，為國際政治所《American Political Science Review》IF值3.050，在政治學類別148種期刊之中排名第1；文學院IF值最高者，為台灣文學與跨國文化研究所《Gender & Society》IF值2.414，在女性研究類別38種期刊之中排名第1，在社會學類別137種期刊之中排名第7。

小辭典─期刊影響指數 (Impact Factor，IF)

用來評量某期刊在某學科領域的受重視程度，IF值越大表示越多人閱讀與引用。計算方法為：某期刊過去兩年所刊載的文章在今年被引用的次數除以該期刊過去兩年刊載的文章篇數。
